OpenNode Inc · Fairmount, Georgia
Custom RFID, NFC and member ID cards for gyms, offices, hotels and clubs. We print them, encode them to your system, and ship them into the U.S. — from a single point of contact.
Free digital proof before production. Typical production run: 7–12 business days after approval.
The card range
Start with the card your members already expect, then add the ones that fit the room. Every format runs through the same artwork, encoding and QC process, so a gym card, a VIP card and a keyfob all read the same way.
125 kHz · 13.56 MHz
Credentials for doors, gates, turnstiles and time clocks. Delivered already encoded, or blank for your own encoding station.
Print + chip + barcode
Front-desk credentials that survive a thousand swipes. Pair a proximity chip with a barcode, QR or magstripe so the card talks to the software you already run.
NTAG 213 / 215 / 216
Tap-to-review, tap-to-URL, tap-to-check-in. A printed card that opens a page on any modern phone — no app, no reader, no training.
Stainless · brass · wood
The card a member keeps in their wallet. Brushed stainless, matte black with a brass edge, or bamboo veneer — laser-etched and optionally chipped.
CR-80 · 0.76 mm
Bulk blanks for your own Fargo, Zebra, Evolis or Magicard printer. Printable, programmable, and consistent from the first sheet to the last carton.
Events · resorts · gyms
When a card is the wrong shape. Silicone wristbands and ABS keyfobs carrying the same chip line, so one system reads all of them.
Chip specification
If you already know your reader, send us the model and we will confirm the chip. If you do not, tell us what the card has to do — open a door, log a member, open a URL — and we will match it.

Ask which chip fits
Gyms, clubs & studios
Membership cards get swiped, stacked, sat on and handed back at 6 a.m. We build them for that: 0.76 mm PVC, a scratch-resistant laminate, and a chip that still reads after a year in a wallet.
Printing & finishing
Offset for volume, digital for short runs and variable data. Either way you approve a digital proof against a Pantone reference before anything goes on press.
Send artwork as AI, PDF, EPS or a layered PSD with fonts outlined. We check bleed, safe area and barcode quiet zones before proofing — if something will not print cleanly, you hear it from us before production, not after.
Premium runs
From 100 cards per tier. Metal and wood stock adds 3–5 business days to standard production. Samples are cut from the same stock you would order, so the weight and edge are real, not a render.
Premium & VIP programs
For clubs, hotels and loyalty tiers where the card is part of what the member is paying for. Heavier stock, real metal, engraved serials — and it still has to open the door.
Encoding & fulfillment
A printed card is only half a credential. We handle the data side — chip encoding, member matching, packing — so your team hands out cards instead of programming them.
01
UIDs, block data, sector keys and DESFire application structures provisioned to the profile your reader expects. Sequential or matched to your member list.
02
One member file drives the print and the encoding. Duplicate and sequence checks run against the count before anything is packed.
03
Card, keyfob and welcome insert packed per member with a box label and packing list, then shipped to one address or split across branches.
04
Printed and blank cards plus chip samples from your target line, so you can read them on your own reader before committing to a run.
How we work
Every job follows the same path. You see a proof, a count and a packing list before money changes hands for production.
Send the reader model, quantity, card type and whether artwork exists. If you are unsure about the chip, say what the card has to do.
We preflight the files, match colors against your Pantone reference, and send a digital proof plus the encoding plan for sign-off.
Printing, lamination, chip insertion and variable data. Cards are checked against the approved proof through the run.
Chips are encoded and read-tested by batch, then packed with a packing list and shipped to your door or your branches.

Printed cards start at 100 pieces, including metal and wood premium cards. Blank printable cards ship in cartons of 250. Wristbands and keyfobs start at 500 for event runs, 100 for standard colors.
Typically 7–12 business days after you approve the digital proof, plus 2–4 days in transit. Encoding and per-member personalization add 2–3 days. Rush schedules are possible on standard PVC cards — ask when you send the brief.
Yes. Send the reader or controller model, the credential format and how site keys are handled. We can provision blank chips, write sequential numbers, or encode against a member export you supply. If your keys are held internally, we ship blank cards and you encode at the front desk.
In most cases yes, but it depends on how your readers are configured. Tell us the reader model and the credential format in use and we will confirm which chip matches. Proprietary formats can only be matched where your system supports a compatible credential — we will say so plainly rather than ship something that will not read.
Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) or a layered PSD with fonts outlined. CMYK with a Pantone reference where color matters, 2 mm bleed, and barcode or QR placed inside the safe area with its quiet zone intact. No artwork? We can lay out a card from your logo and brand colors.
Yes. A sample kit includes printed and blank cards plus chip samples from the line you are considering, so you can read them on your own reader. Every order also includes a free digital proof before production starts.
Yes. Kitting and split shipping are standard options: cards packed per member or per branch, each box labeled with a packing list, and shipped to as many addresses as your rollout needs.
